Our Story

MikCam Started out in 1997 as Hot wings restaurant called EM’R Wings in Apex NC, in 2001 we opened a second restaurant in Sneads Ferry NC. After selling both restaurants we continued to make the wing sauce (a secret family recipe). The Apex location closed in 2006 but the Sneads Ferry site is still up and running, and we are still making the wing sauce. In 2020 we took the company in a different direction. We opened our first Whip trailer on Oak Island NC and we hope to expand in the future. We still bottle and sell our famous Wing Sauce and Rib Rub but now our main focus is bringing happiness with a delicious frozen treat from the island of Hawaii.
